great location
perfect location clean room friendly staff
i have stayed here before and it will not be the last. the location is perfect, the facilities are well-kept, and the rooms are clean. staff members are also friendly and helpful (i found them very efficient). i can't wait to return again soon.
the bar prices are high, and the service level is below expectations. they also add a 10% service charge while you wait for drinks.

superb location many choices helpful staff dated room inconsistent temperature out of order machines
the location was superb, it was close to everything i wanted to see. the breakfast had many choices (i loved the fresh fruit). the staff were also very helpful with directions.
The room felt quite dated. the shower had inconsistent water temperature and pressure, it was either too hot or too cold. the gym equipment could use some updating. Some machines were out of order.

romantic gesture special getaway honeymoon stay spacious room
we got towel art and champagne as a welcome, such a romantic gesture. the view was wonderful, and the spacious room. i'm so happy we chose this place for our special getaway.
everything was good, though the corridors felt a bit dim.

i adored the oscar niemeyer design, it felt very classy. the environment was peaceful, i enjoyed the large external pool.
the corridors leading to the bedrooms were a bit dark! though the reception area was bright.

The breakfast was good with a decent selection (i liked the pastries).
The shower temperature was VERY inconsistent. It alternated between scalding hot and freezing cold with no warning. I found it quite annoying.

Outdated Rooms but Good Location
dated decor empty minibar
The rooms definitely need a refresh. The decor felt dated, and the furniture showed wear and tear. Our room lacked basic amenities I usually expect. There were no complimentary tea or coffee, and the minibar was empty upon arrival. I was surprised to find such oversights in a hotel of this supposed caliber. It seems some updating is in order.
